Gone Fishin'

These pictures are from when I went camping with the boys with my parents, J and Ang, and Daniel and Bethany. It was SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!! Despite the fact that I slept very little...(both boys slept with me most nights and Ezekiel was 9-months and discovered he could nurse all night in my bed...) I have so many great memories from this trip. The sad part was Jason couldn't come with us because he had to work. He had just graduated and was on probation so he had to work whenever they told him to.
On Sunday in the dawn hours, we will pull away from the house for 5 days in Mammoth! This time we are in a cabin but I bet Daniel and Bethany will sleep under the stars at least 1 night...I'm so excited!! We are going to fish and just hang out. Did you know I LOVE fishing?? I grew up with my Grandad teaching me about fishing and we went on vacation with him and my Gramie to the "high sierras" every summer for a week or 2. I have so many great memories with them and I just wish my Grandad was around to teach Gavin and Ezekiel about fishing...Thankfully my mom, dad and brothers are really good at it too(I haven't been for so long - I'm rusty :-)) and excited to show the boys the ropes. Tomorrow is a busy day of shopping, laundry, packing, planning food and shopping for that, buying fishing poles for the boys...etc. You get the picture....
So if you don't hear from me for a week or so...its cause I'm "gone fishin'.....
