Ok, its really the 23rd now, but I'm going to post a list from yesterday! Here's a picture of Kristen, Gavin and I in downtown Huntington Beach eating strawberries a few weeks ago.
1) My friend Hilary came over and helped me pack my whole kitchen! I'm so grateful for a friend that would work hard with me on one of the toughest tasks in moving(in my opinion--and just to note, this is a very educated opinion, since this is our 7th move in 5 years...). You forget how much there is in the kitchen!
2) The Jan's tuna and avocado sandwiches we had for lunch. They were SO good!
3) Getting my grocery shopping done by 10:30am
4) Ezekiel waking up at 5:30am...instead of going back to bed, I packed up my desk area and organized all my files until Gavin woke up at 7. Felt very productive.
5) My run last night - I love running at night, right around the time of sunset
6) Our dog Shima--yes, Kristen, she is even on my list...She really is a good running dog...and even though lately she has been super annoying(to me), I have made it my new end-of-February resolution to be nicer to her...we'll see how that goes!
7) Hearing Gavin call Hilary "Sillary" --we were both laughing
8) Kristen being willing to sit through over an hour of traffic to come over to see us last night
9) Laughing with Kristen so hard that we cried
10) God's grace and redemption...for me, and for those people in my life who seem to have lost their way
