2/12/06

I am thankful today:

1) That I have a job that I can work only 1 night a week

2) For finishing nursing school when Gavin was a newborn. As many of you know, I almost didn't, but it is such a great career and I never would have finished if I didn't do it then!

3) For the encouraging email from Judy

4) That I have a husband that will take over with the kids overnight while I work and the next morning while I sleep

5) For Jason having a good attitude this morning even though I know he was tired from his night with the boys...Ez would only take 1 bottle from him--meaning he went from midnight until 8am without eating--hard on Jason, but why can't he do that for me????? :-) 8 glorious hours in a row...ok, i'm going to stop dreaming now...

6) My mom's return to blogging

7) The relationship I have with my mom--that she can talk to me about whats really going on with her, that she can be honest and transparent...even when times are hard

8) My scrubs being really loose on me last night--I remember a few short months ago when I could barely squeeze into those pants!

9) The chocolate rasberry creamer from Kristen--YUM! (you know you love it, Kristen)

10) My burning eyes telling me its naptime for me since Gavin is sleeping and Ez just went down!

Many Child Care Providers charge a supply fee each year for children; others factor in materials into their weekly or monthly costs. But supplies are expensive, and whether it is a seperate fee or not, smart shopping is imperitive to make those dollars strech as far as possible. Here are some money saving tips or ideas from Child Care Providers and parents alike.
