1) My pump...Medela Pump In Style that I bought when Gavin was born. I can continue to give him breastmilk (well, Jason does actually) even when I'm working - and it makes life a lot more comfortable for me
2) Waking up this morning with Jason still there! I love Saturdays!
3) A nap this afternoon with Ez laying next to me
4) Ez's fever last night staying "low-grade" - never got above 100.8. I'm so thankful! And no fever all day today.
5) Ez took his first bottle from Jason tonight at 7 with no problems
6) Gavin calling me the nights I'm at work to say good-night to me. The last 2 times he has cried when he called and tonight he didn't. Its so hard for me when he cries. I feel guilty - like I should be there with him.
7) My time today with Gavin (and sleeping Ez) at Diedrichs. We just talked, played, sang and he danced. The man sitting next to us told me to cherish this moment because soon enough, I won't remember times like these as clearly. He reminded me to appreciate these years with my kids when they are so little, because just like everyone always says - it goes so fast. And they are right.
8) Being busy tonight - it makes the time go so much faster!
9) The car my parents gave us. Its my dad's old Dodge Intrepid - its so nice because its paid off, so it buys us time before we need to buy another car. Its our commuter car and has run great so far...we'll see how long it lasts!
