go JaSoN!

We spent the morning cheering Jason and Daniel on in the OC triathlon. It was nice because we found a spot in the shade to see them on part of the run, then again at the finish line. They both did great, though Jason would have done better had he not gotten a flat tire on his bike. He still did great and they both felt good afterwards. Jason had to get to work (bummer!) but we enjoyed In N Out with Daniel and Bethany for lunch.
After that we went to the Fitzpatrick's, since we haven't seen them in awhile and I was picking up scrubs from Sarah (her mother-in-law found a bag of scrubs - my size- at a garage sale and gave them to me - great!!). The boys played and Sarah, Violet and I went to Costco. It was fun to shop with someone else! Plus it was nice to leave the boys behind - made for an easier trip.

I'm so proud of jason - he has worked hard running, swimming and biking. He is driven to be in good physical shape and I love the example he is to our kids too - that you can work hard to accomplish what you want.
