If you aren't on facebook, you haven't seen this adorable picture of Miss V from the farm last week. :)Ok, for an update - we went back to the Dr this morning and spent 2 hours in the office since our Dr was backed up. She examined Violet, then brought in an associate Dr to also examine Violet and they discussed what they thought was going on. Its slightly mysterious since all her blood work was normal and the cultures were negative for strep. The rash is not much better though the areas that looked infected are healing. Our Dr thinks it is a severe form of eczema(you were right, Becky!) with a skin infection on top of it. We are to continue antibiotics, start an allergy medication and motrin for the inflammation, and lather her with thick lotion 4-5 times a day. After 10 days if it has not greatly improved, she will go to a dermatologist. I'm so thankful her blood work is normal, though its frustrating that we still don't have a concrete answer. That's ok, though. I'm hoping she will be feeling better soon as she has lost her appetite and has been much more clingy than normal. One day at a time.
