Personal Values...

I just wanted to clarify something from my post yesterday...I wasn't saying its wrong to buy new clothes for Easter...for ME where I'm at personally, spritually and where we are financially, it is wrong for ME. Its a personal thing God is doing with me - re-evaluating my values, and re-learning what is really important and what is actually going to matter in the long run. Most of what I value and have bought into does not matter in the long run (ie. eternally). However, I am not going off make-up, hair and cute clothes - I'm not crazy! But I am changing how I view those things, how I invest in them and how I have used them to portray a false identity I've bought into my whole life.
My identity is in Jesus. It is Him I should strive to please.
