Today we went to Disneyland and enjoyed the first day of our Christmas present from Nana and Papa Dan (dan and judy)...annual passes...what an incredible gift to us - that will keep giving and giving all year!!! :-)
I thought back to our family vacation when I was young and we came up from San Diego to go to Disneyland and stay at the Disneyland hotel...we were so excited. The only problem is we all got the flu. Ruined the whole trip. But what is childhood without those memories?? I am thankful for even those times!!
Today I am thankful :
1) Enjoying the day at Disneyland with our family...plus the Fitzpatricks and Nana and Papa Dan
2) Seeing the joy on Gavin's face as he watched me ride the merry-go-round with him!
3) Watching Jason be such an awesome dad...I couldn't ask for a better Dad to my boys!
4) Gavin not getting sunburnt today even though I forgot to bring sunscreen and it was pretty warm out
5) Enjoying another dinner with Nick and Becky and their family
6) Being encouraged by Becky's sister Rachel to do the 1/2 marathon I have been complacent about...
7) The music I had to run to today
8) Being excited about living in a house and not having to hear our neighbor's tv anymore
9) My sling
10) The baby center at Disneyland that has facilities to nurse and change your babies!
