As any athlete would do the night before a race, Gavin packed his backpack and hung it on the doorknob of the front door. Without any prompting he got his stuff together and asked Jason for a water bottle...
Since Jason signed him up for the race, Gavin has been asking me to make a sign for him. Tonight I did...(his friend Marlin is doing the race too) - looks a little barren. I might ask for some help from my little artists tomorrow morning :)
Jason is doing the sprint tri at about 8:15am and Gavin's race is at 11am. He is beyond excited...I'm surprised he was able to go to sleep...
