May 24th

Wow, what a gorgeous day. I probably say that a lot...and I guess it just makes me even more thankful for where we live. The sun is setting right now and the sky has hues of pink, purple and blue on the horizon that I can see from my windows.

1) The warm day - we were able to use our pool again and Gavin played for a few hours in it. Ez even sat in it for a bit

2) Getting to work out for an hour at the gym before getting called to the Kids Club--Gavin had a little "accident" --as soon as I walked in he said : "I'm sorry, Carrie." And actually he called me Carrie all day today. I only heard "Mom" once or twice. He's so funny.

3) The baby food I already have frozen for Ez that I have made in the past week. Not that he eats any of it, but at least I can keep trying...

4) The hats Sarah lent me for Ez - I used one today!

5) Grocery shopping at Mothers/TJs - lots of good stuff in the cupboards

6) To me, this is BIG - if you aren't really interested in hair(or my hair, more specifically)...skip to #7. I have been trying to decide how to get my hair done for a few weeks. The girl I go to is in Anaheim Hills and only works 3 days a week, and I just can't go any of the days she works. SO...I had made the decision to "cheat" on her...then Kristen went to her today and she said she would COME TO MY HOUSE and do my hair!!!!!!!!!!!! Better yet...THIS FRIDAY!!!!!!!!! YESSSSSSSSSS!!!

7) The delicious dinner we had. We love our bar-b-q now!!

8) Funny things Gavin says that crack Jason and I up. We were both crying at something he said at the dinner table

9) Getting to vacuum the whole house tonight

10) Gavin was carrying a bowl that he dropped and it shattered all over the living room--he could have gotten really hurt. As it was, he was scared and got a few little cuts on his hand, but otherwise was fine. I'm so thankful he didn't get a big piece of glass stuck in his foot or something! And that Ez wasn't on the rug playing!
